Away from his work, Gary enjoys boating, skiing, and spending time with his family, and he regularly travels to machinery shows to keep up with the latest releases and new developments.
A qualified boilermaker and welder with strong skills in engineering, Paul Gregory comes to us with more than 20 years of experience and an invaluable level of industry insight. Having worked closely with earthmoving bucket and attachment machinery, Paul drives the sales and hiring side of the business and is a highly valued member of the team. His extensive experience in both sales and manufacturing supports him to answer customer queries in great detail and provide expert advice in relation to a variety of specific requirements. When Paul is not at work, he leads an active lifestyle and enjoys hobbies such as camping, four-wheel driving, fishing and diving.
Rob comes to us with over 30 years’ experience as a mech fitter completing his apprenticeship at the West Australian Government Railways. He has spent most of that time in the bush as a FIFO worker in our mineral-rich resource sector. Working on a large variety of plant ranging from 1-1/2 ton excavators up to 700ton face shovels. This has given him the opportunity to enjoy his hobbies of overseas travel, fishing and camping on Western Australian pristine coastline. Rob is always up for a challenge, learning new skills and happy to pass what knowledge he has gained over the years. Just don’t ask him how or when to milk rubber trees.

Coming to us with more than 18 years of experience within the machinery industry, Mandi Crozier possesses a strong understanding of construction and earthmoving machinery as well as an excellent insight into the needs of our customers. Providing extensive support to the hiring side of the business, Mandi works tirelessly to deliver the best service to her customers and always goes the extra mile to ensure the best results are achieved. A woman of many talents, Mandi also oversees a range of marketing responsibilities and key administration tasks. Outside of the office, Mandi enjoys going away on camping trips and spending time with her friends and family.
A skilled bookkeeper with several years of experience, Natalie Cox is responsible for a range of bookkeeping and administrative duties and is known for her excellent people skills and her friendly nature. Natalie can be found in the Allused office every Tuesday morning where she diligently ensures that the books and in excellent shape and that all reporting requirements are adhered to in an effective and timely manner. As a mother to two, Natalie likes to spend her spare time with her young family enjoying all that the local community has to offer.
Mitch is a young and keen learner on wanting to get dirty and repair equipment. He is a keen video gamer and loves his cars. when he gets bored, he power lifts.
Richard has been around the Office Administration area for many years, doing Accounts processing to IT to setting up Business processes. these have been for large industrial supplier(14 years), Transport industry, Construction Equipment industry and Mining industry for 15 + years.
He enjoys building furniture in old Jarrah floorboards. Has traveled around Australia in 2018/19 for 12 months.
